District Goals 11-12
 
Membership
  •  90% minimum retention in 80% club.
  • Net increase of 700 members in undivided 3050.
  • 10 new clubs (regular Rotary Club.)
  • One E-Club.
  • Identify clubs having membership below 25 and bring 10 % of these above 25.
  • At least 25% clubs to qualify for change maker award.
  • 5 % increase in women membership.
  • 5 % increase in young professional members.
  • To induct at least 25 Rotary Alumni as members.
  • To induct at least 50 former Rotraractors as members.
  •  Facilitate smooth and amicable division of the district.
 
The Rotary Foundation
  • At least 5000 members to contribute to the Rotary Foundation.
  • At least 5000 members to contribute to Polio 200 million challenge.
  • To give USD 250,000 in the Annual Programme Fund.
  • To contribute something in the permanent fund.
  • Participate in 6 matching grants.
  • Help 9 club projects with District simplified grant.
Administration
  • Implement strategic plan in the district and have at least 50 % clubs in the district implement it.
  • Target 75 % clubs in the district implement club leadership plan.
  • To introduce uniform club meeting structure.
Vocational Service
  • Implement a Vocational service recognition week in the district.
  • Have at least 50 % Clubs organize a function to honour outstanding vocational service achievers in their community.
  • Organize an Intercity meet to promote high ethical standards.
  • Encourage all Rotarians to display Declaration of Rotarians at their work place.
International Service
  • District shall implement two international friendship exchange programmes.
  • Conduct at Least 20 International Service Projects which support millennium development goals for environmental sustainability.
New Generation
  • Conduct one district RYLA and one multi district RLYA.
  • Sponsor 20 Rotaract clubs and 20 Interact clubs.
  • Either sponsor or host at least 10 Youth Exchange students.
  • Host and/or sponsor at least 5 new generation exchange student (18-25 years age group.)

Community Service  

  • 90% clubs of the district must implement at least one community service project.
  • Clubs to be encouraged for organizing fund raising event to support community service. At least 50 % club to organize a fund raiser.
  • To organize an intercity meet for developing new ideas for community service.
Public Image
  •  High priority to be given to the public image of Rotary.
  • To apply and obtain PR Grant of 15,000 USD from RI.
  • Organize one full scale PR Seminars as district events.
  • To complete a publication for success stories of Rotary projects in our district and outside for wide distribution.
