Ashok Mahajan is senior partner in Raj industries, a firm he founded in 1973. He is a member of the Punjab Kesari Club, Council for Fair Business Practice and has served on the Civil Defense Advisory Committee Maharashtra.

Ashok joined the Rotary Club of Mulund in 1973. He has served Rotary as district governor, task force member, committee member and at the India presidential Polio PI us summit. He is also a past director at Rotary International.

Ashok has received Rotary's highest award "Service above Self" as well as the Foundation's "Distinguished Service Award" and "Regional Service Award for a Polio Free World." He is a major donor to the Rotary Foundation, a Paul Harris Fellow, a Benefactor and a member of the Paul Harris Society.

Ashok and his wife Nayantrara, a past president of the Inner Wheel Club of Mulund, have a son and a daughter, both married.
